At Reverie.pk, we pour love and care into every product – and we want you to feel the same joy when you receive it. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to make it right. 

Our Promise to You:

• 30-Day Return & Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Easy Returns via WhatsApp: Just message us at 0317-1940544 and we’ll guide you through the process.

• 90% Product Rule: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be mostly unused (at least 90% remaining) and in its original box/packaging.

• Swift Processing: We aim to process all return/exchange requests within 3 to 5 working days.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 2–3 working days after inspection.

 We Cover You When:

• The product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
  In this case, we’ll bear all delivery charges for return/exchange.

Kindly Note:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

• For exchanges (other than damaged items), customers pay delivery charges.

• No returns or exchanges on:
  ❌ Products with less than 90% content remaining
  ❌ Items without original packaging
  ❌ Sale items, custom bundles, or gift sets
  ❌ Gift cards
